American School of Investigative Sciences

The American School of Investigative Sciences (known as ASIS) is a group of professionals dedicated to teaching and practicing all aspects of Investigations.  Whether it is Criminal Law, Civil Law or Fraud and Forgery, we bring clarity to the practice of law.

The American School of Investigative Sciences originates in the clarity that grows in education.  ASIS offers seminars as well as performing work in the following areas:

  • Executive Protection
  • Investigations
  • Forensic Document Examination
  • Surveillance and Photography
  • Firearms and Weapons Training
  • Survival Training

Executive Protection provides security and peace of mind for people in difficult situations.  When you know a professional has your back, it is easier to do the tasks at hand.  The American School of Investigative Sciences provides security services and especially executive protection training for people who need it or want it.

Investigations bring clarity to the practice of law, and good investigators require licensing. The American School of Investigative Sciences offers seminars to prepare investigations for Civil or Criminal lawyers, and to prepare for the required the exam to obtain and work as a licensed Private Investigator.

Forensic Document Examination is the area where the American School of Investigative Sciences excels.  Few crimes are committed more frequently or easily as with a pen and paper.  Forgery is Fraud and a forensic document examiner can tell the difference from a fraud and an original document. World renowned handwriting expert, Thomas C. “Doc” Miller, provides expert witness services and teaches all aspects of forensic document examination and handwriting analysis seminars.

Surveillance and Photography document the facts. Both require specialized training, patience, and skill to accomplish without discovery. The American School of Investigative Sciences teaches the techniques of surveillance and photography to help anyone document their case, and how to do it without exposing the work.
